Booking

Before you book.

Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?+

Yes, all new clients begin with a complimentary consultation. Your clinician will assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend a personalised treatment plan. This ensures every treatment is targeted to your specific needs.

Where is the clinic located?+

Eternity Laser & Aesthetics is located at 1/500 Old Northern Road, Dural NSW 2158 — in the heart of the Hills District. We serve clients from Castle Hill, Bella Vista, Kellyville, Baulkham Hills, Rouse Hill and surrounding suburbs.

Treatments

What to expect.

Is Sofwave better than Ultherapy?+

Both use ultrasound energy. Sofwave treats the mid-dermis at 1.5mm depth and most clients find it significantly more comfortable than Ultherapy. No anaesthesia is required. Results from both build gradually over 4 to 12 weeks. Read our detailed comparison on the blog.

How long do Sofwave results last?+

Results typically become visible within 4 to 12 weeks as new collagen forms, and last 12 to 18 months. Many clients schedule an annual maintenance session to sustain their results.

Can melasma be cured for good?+

Melasma is a chronic condition that is managed, not cured. With the right combination of gentle treatments, medical-grade skincare, and consistent sun protection, it can be controlled long-term. Aggressive treatments often make melasma worse.

How many laser sessions are needed for pigmentation?+

Isolated sun spots typically respond well to 1 to 3 DEKA laser sessions. Melasma and hormonal pigmentation require a more cautious, layered approach that may include low-fluence laser, peels, and vitamin infusion over several months.

What causes pigmentation to come back after treatment?+

UV exposure is the most common trigger. Hormonal changes, heat, inflammation, and certain medications can also cause rebound pigmentation. Ongoing SPF 50+ protection and maintenance treatments are essential for lasting results.

How often should I get a HydraFacial?+

For optimal results, every 4 to 6 weeks. This maintains hydration, keeps pores clear, and supports ongoing skin health. Your clinician may recommend a different frequency based on your skin type and concerns.

Is laser hair removal long-lasting?+

Laser hair removal provides long-lasting hair reduction, not complete removal. Most clients achieve significant reduction after a course of 6 to 8 sessions with our DEKA Motus AX laser. Annual maintenance sessions may be needed for occasional regrowth.

How many microneedling sessions do I need for acne scars?+

Most clients see meaningful improvement after 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. The number depends on the severity and type of scarring — ice pick scars may require more sessions than rolling or boxcar scars. Your clinician will create a tailored plan.

Safety & comfort

Your safety, first.

Does Sofwave hurt?+

Most clients describe a mild warming sensation during treatment. No anaesthesia or numbing cream is required. Sofwave is consistently rated more comfortable than Ultherapy and most energy-based tightening devices.

Can I wear makeup after a HydraFacial?+

Yes, you can apply makeup the same day. Your skin may be slightly pink for 1 to 2 hours after treatment. Most clients notice an immediate glow and prefer to go without makeup to show off their results.

Does laser hair removal hurt?+

The DEKA Motus AX technology used at Eternity is designed specifically for comfort. Most clients describe a warm, tingling sensation rather than pain. It is significantly more comfortable than older IPL or diode laser systems.

Can I do laser hair removal in summer?+

Yes, with proper precautions. Avoid direct sun exposure for two weeks before and after each session, and wear SPF 50+ daily. The DEKA Motus AX is effective across a wider range of skin tones than many older systems.

What is the downtime after microneedling?+

Expect mild redness similar to a sunburn for 24 to 48 hours. Most clients return to normal activities the next day. Avoid active skincare ingredients, direct sun, and heavy exercise for 48 hours after treatment.

Are your treatments and devices TGA approved?+

Yes. All devices used at Eternity — including Sofwave, DEKA, and HydraFacial — are registered with the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration for use in clinical settings. Your safety is our highest priority.

Pricing

The investment.

How much does Sofwave skin tightening cost?+

Sofwave under-eye and brow lift treatments are $1,200 at Eternity. Full-face and face-and-neck programs are quoted at your personalised consultation.

Is a HydraFacial worth the investment?+

HydraFacial delivers immediate, visible results — clearer pores, better hydration, and a genuine glow — with zero downtime. Unlike traditional facials, it uses patented Vortex technology for deeper, more consistent results. It is one of our most requested treatments.
